We also consult concerns about the financial and operational risks associated with implementing new energy technologies and measures can prevent organizations from taking action.

Co-founder – Eng. Addiswork Yeshitela holds Bsc in Electrical Eng and Msc in Project Management has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, including leadership roles in both governmental research organization and profit oriented developmental enterprise and the current startups. They have a proven track record of energy audit, consultations, securing and managing major Energy audit contracts, and leading successful energy efficiency projects. 2. Co-founder – Eng. Mengesha Abreha holds a Msc in Energy Systems and has over 8 years of experience in designing and implementing energy efficiency solutions. They have led numerous high-profile projects in energy audits, retrofits, and performance optimization.
