Our mission is to eradicate "የሀበሻ ቀጠሮ" ("The latecomers excuse") through comprehensive training programs and a supportive community. Our flagship product, Minutes Pro, is a state-of-the-art mobile application designed to maximize productivity and build lasting habits. It offers interactive training modules on time management, goal setting, and habit formation. Users can track their progress, set personal goals, and stay motivated through gamification elements like points and rewards. The app also provides task management tools, personalized coaching, and AI-driven insights. The main problem I aim to solve is the pervasive issue of inefficiency and lack of productivity caused by poor time management habits. Through ET5amClub, I strive to empower individuals to overcome this challenge by instilling values of punctuality, discipline, and effective time management techniques. By providing comprehensive training programs and a supportive community, my goal is to enable individuals to unlock their true potential and achieve maximum productivity in all aspects of their lives.

The main problem Et5amClub aims to solve is the pervasive issue of poor time management and chronic lateness in Ethiopia, often referred to as "የሀበሻ ቀጠሮ" ("The latecomers excuse"). This cultural habit leads to significant inefficiencies, reduced productivity, and missed opportunities both personally and professionally. Many individuals struggle with prioritizing tasks, setting and achieving goals, and maintaining disciplined routines. These challenges hinder their potential to succeed in a fast-paced world. Through our comprehensive training programs and the Minutes Pro app, we provide the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to overcome these obstacles. By providing comprehensive training programs and the Minutes Pro app, we aim to equip these young individuals with essential time management skills, effective goal-setting strategies, and disciplined habits. Biniyam is currently leveraging his expertise to support persons with disabilities through a national-level pilot training program, demonstrating his commitment to inclusive growth and empowerment within the entrepreneurial community. - Semawit Bahiru(Female, 30) is another co-founder, bringing her experience as a trained pharmacist, academician, and researcher at Addis Ababa University, one of Ethiopia's most prestigious institutions. Semawit has a proven track record in startups, particularly focusing on training and EdTech. Her academic insights and practical experience in educational technology are instrumental in shaping the innovative solutions and training programs offered by Et5amClub.
