06.09 Competitive Analysis

Our direct competition are Telco providers. Their internet plans have data caps, while ours (for similar and even cheaper) offer uncapped plans. Our indirect competition are dedicated ISPs. Most of them are stuck in major cities and thus have not been able to serve University students except the school is in a city.
