Bobai’s Farm Agricultural Enterprise is a dynamic start-up focused on revolutionizing agriculture in Nigeria. Based in Kaduna State, we specialize in sustainable livestock farming poultry and pigs with Primary focus on “Pig Production” and crop cultivation. Our mission is to become the leading Agro allied farm in Africa, produce affordable high-quality meat and crops using modern, ethical farming techniques. We also offer agricultural consultancy services, providing local farmers with the guidance and resources needed to enhance their practices. Our business aims to contribute to food security, support smallholder farmers, and promote environmental sustainability. With a commitment to innovation and community development, Bobai’s Farm is poised to make a significant Impact in the agricultural sector not just in Nigeria alone but across the African continent.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Reduce competition of food between humans and animals, Healthy organic Pigs with quality organs that can be used for experiment on transplantation. Eg pig hearts and kidneys to human . SDG 1 No Poverty: amongst the basic amenities of Life Food sit first poverty is first assessed with the availability of food increased production to make available animal protein is our aim to help reduce the problem of poverty in Nigeria. SDG 2 Zero Hunger: we aim to contribute to solve the problem of food insecurity in the country tackling insufficiency in our cultural productivity and implementation of sustainable agricultural practices. SDG 3 Good Health And Well-being that is good health and well-being as it has to do with eating of Good Food it is medical proven that good food and exercise is the primary grounds for good health and well-being we are solving the problem of production of quality Farm produce to our consumers. And also contribute to all the remaining UN SDGs.

High-Quality and affordable Products: We provide fresh, ethically sourced animal protein both live weight and slaughter weight, as well as sustainably grown crops through organic methods, Our products meet high standards of quality and nutrition, addressing consumer demand for healthier, safer food options. Sustainable Practices: Our farming methods emphasize sustainability and environmental responsibility. By using modern techniques and promoting ethical practices, we contribute to reducing the environmental impact of agriculture through climate smart Agricultural practice like water management, precision feeding, etc and ensuring long-term food security. Community Support and Empowerment : Beyond farming, we offer consultancy services to local farmers, providing them with essential training, resources, and market access, Agro tourism through our farm facility to encourage young entrepreneurs. This not only boosts their productivity and incomes but also fosters community development.

Consumers: Health-conscious individuals seeking high-quality, fresh, and ethically sourced pork, poultry, and cash crops. Smallholder Farmers/Entrepreneurs within our immediate society who need access to advanced farming techniques, resources, and profitable market linkages. By providing training, resources, and consultancy services, we empower these farmers to improve their productivity and economic stability. Food Retailers and Distributors: Businesses, including local markets, restaurants, and potential large distributors, looking for reliable suppliers of high-quality meat and crops. Scientific Community: Researchers and scientists in need of sustainably reared pigs for research purposes, such as organ transplants.

Because we are a farming community, and educationally inclined people, most business owners similar to my startup have on farm experience, within some having formal graduate education as bachelors of Agriculture, Economic and other science courses. With grant application skills most young entrepreneurs like me are seeking opportunities to grow their various start up. With some Women and Youths benefiting from other business Empowerment initiative like this.

06.09 Competitive Analysis
Our primary competitors are established local pig and poultry farms, and other passionate startups. Our ability to forecast and predict the future needs of Pig organs for transplantation, we are proposing a research breeding farm for this purpose. Our focus is on organic farming, minimal chemical use, and animal welfare. Also there is no Pig Farm in Kaduna State with a standard social media presence, despite the fact that we have the international pig market at our doorstep. Bobai's Farm will have easy access to customers because of Tunga market. Also as part of our long term goal we will build a modern day slaughter house with an eatery attached to it. We also leverage IoT for real-time monitoring, precision farming techniques for efficient resource utilisation, and e-commerce platforms for direct consumer engagement. This technological edge enhances productivity, reduces costs, and improves decision-making, setting us apart in the marketplace.
