DUO-A is food enterprise is passionate about making available freshly dressed whole chicken available throughout the year.Making sure consumers have access to low calorie healthy proteins at affordable prices irrespective of the time of the year

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

We saw that people do not have access to whole dressed chicken except during festive period ,they are forced to buy frozen foods which most times are being preserved in healthily.We rear chicken from a day old and feed them till 6 weeks plus, we dress and sell based on demand, customers also gave access to the inner parts of the chicken,and those who dosent want to miss out of the head and legs of the chicken,they are all included. The chicken is then scaled and sold at a good price . The idea is to make the chicken fresh at the time of purchase. Chicken are low calorie proteins which pose a lot of health benefits to consumers. Our aim to make sure every Nigerians have access to fresh and healthy chicken at every time of the year irrespective of the seasons. We also ensure to make use of the best practices in raising these birds to make sure they are healthy and safe and consumption

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Red meat (beef) has become extremely expensive and scare with the present economy and because it is mostly purchased from neighboring countries as we have less cow herders that can feed the country.Also this meat has a high level of cholesterol which is not safe for people who are obsessed or for those with health conditions. Chicken is a better alternatives as the price is relatively cheaper when compared to red ,also it is a low calorie meat juicy and sweet. Our main aim is to make this pleasurable protein available throughout the year irrespective of the season not frozen or preserved but in an healthy and juicy state with maximum customer satisfaction and health as the driving force and the heart of the business.

1. It improves the health of the consumers and reduces their risk to diseases such as heart diseases, osteoporosis, fat in the blood vessels,obesity, hypertension and it's cohort 2.Consumers have access to fresh, juicy ,safe and healthy chicken throughout the year. 3.customers do not only get access to fresh and healthy chicken, but the chicken are affordable and the purchase price is pocket friendly
