The Win Realty Limited (RC 1980608) is an innovative real estate company borne out of.the desire to help desirous individuals and corporate entities invest in real estate the easiest and safest way possible.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

The Win Realty Limited is a 2+ year old real estate startup with headquarters in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Currently has worked its way up from an agency 2+ years ago to a full blown developer today. Directly created 15 jobs and 35 indirect jobs.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We are trying to create more employment through ethical real estate practices.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your startup provides (at least 3).

1. With our proptech in the works, when launched will birth a new digital ease to real estate investments. 2. Our properties are carefully acquired and registered and as such, we drastically minimise the risk of loss to our exquisite investors. 3. Our team (staff) are pretty topmost of what we are building as we are consciously and practically building one of the great places to work in.

1. The middle class and upper class are our primary target audience.
