Rayz Supreme Dynasty is a firm that deals with the production of footwear, bags and other leather works using biodegradable, organic leather sourced from plants; and discarded tyres (from waste to value)
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
1. The quick deterioration of the soles of our footwear 2. fruit spoilage 3. waste reduction 4. Carbon emission reduction

1. Durability: we all know tyres were built to withstand pressure and resist abrasion. So using them for sole will make the shoes last longer than an average shoe. 2. Comfort: Our plant fibre organic leather gives comfortable feel and enjoyable experience 3. Affordability: the fact that our materials are scouted from waste for a cheap fee, greatly reduce the price of the finished product

1. Using waste to make our products reduces the amount of pollutants in the environments. 2. In this part of the world, waste are disposed by burning. 06.08 Justification for my startup
My startup is basically a footwear production firm. They are already a large amount of people who wear footwear from other sources before the conception of firm. But however, based on the factor that are discarded tyre sole offer durability and waste management; we see it as being innovative. And understanding the environment and work culture, people will appreciate very durable footwear. The use of plant fibre to make organic, biodegradable leather is a new concept we are introducing out of our research for safer solutions to value creation.
06.09 Competitive Analysis
My main potential competitors are cobblers and fairly-used shoe importers. I differ from them by providing a combo of customizable, durable, affordable and ecofriendly footwear.

Yes, in fact 3 out of my 4 team members are female. We strive to educate the girl child and give them equal opportunity with the male child
