Virtual Representation: After prepayment, customers receive a virtual representation of the paid items on their dashboard within the web app. Flexible Retrieval: When customers wish to retrieve a specific item, they initiate a withdrawal request through the web app. Equivalent Money Transfer: Instead of physically storing the items, FoodCloud sends the equivalent money of the current price of the selected item to the local supermarket. Pickup at Preferred Location: Customers have the flexibility to pick up the physical product from any local supermarket of their choice, providing convenience and versatility.
