06.08 Justification for my startup
Our solution provides the same value as a few existing logistics solutions in the market with an extra value proposition such as interstate delivery, real-time traceability, multiple delivery requests, delivery scheduling, and record keeping. We also extend our solution to other states while the competition serves the major city of Lagos.
06.09 Competitive Analysis
Existing delivery solutions like UBER and INDRIVE provide economic inclusion through digitization for businesses within the City of lagos while a large segment of the market is left unattended to such as the farmers in the rural communities and vendors with interstate customers who are unable to serve them due to logistics barriers. We provide them interstate delivery, multiple delivery requests, delivery scheduling, and record-keeping with the ability to bargain in order to get an affordable solution from the couriers and we also onboard women in the business of logistics delivery thereby promoting gender inclusion
11.05 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?
Yes, I am as evidently shown within my team. We have 1 female cofounder among 3 of us and 1 female staff member among 2 of them. Our user community is filled with 80% of the population as women
