We leverage artificial intelligence to help businesses streamline their sales through conversations. Our WhatsApp sales chatbot provides businesses with 24/7 customer support to their customers, personalized product recommendations, sales guidance, Add to Cart functionality and delivery management all on WhatsApp. Clients create an account and upload their products onto our inventory management dashboard.The Sales bot software is then plugged into the inventory system and integrated into the Client’s Whatsapp number. When customers reach out to the business owner on WhatsApp the Sales Bot intercepts these enquiries and provide conversational responses from product recommendations to checkout. Our Sales bots can handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, reducing the need for extensive customer service teams and lowering operational costs
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Commerce in Africa is conversational and the ecommerce industry in Africa is growing exponentially. African customers desire the ability to engage in conversations and ask questions while making purchases, but traditional websites do not facilitate this level of interaction. This is why a lot of customers in this part of the world resort to shopping through social media platforms because it is more interactive. Business owners often struggle to consistently respond to all inquiries on social media within a reasonable timeframe. In General businesses in Africa are facing a significant challenge in providing real-time responses to customer inquiries during the crucial purchase window. This lack of timely interaction results in a loss of revenue and low customer retention rates. This communication gap severely hampers the customer experience and undermines business growth in the region.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your startup’s product/service is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
Our target market are small to medium online retail businesses in Nigeria. They are typically located in the urban areas like Lagos. They typically retail and market their products on Social Media. These businesses use WhatsApp Status and Instagram feed as a store front and use the chat segment and direct messaging for direct communication with their customers, receiving orders and sending payment details. They get at least 20 enquiries daily and make a minimum monthly revenue of $400. These businesses are trying to scale their businesses and increase their revenue however they are unable to adequately handle the volume of enquiries they receive through their marketing efforts. Even when they hire staff to handle these enquiries it is not scalable as there is a limit to the number of enquiries each staff can handle at a time.
