This project is all about food storage through dehydration. Many food or crops are seasonal and at such they become scarce and expensive. But introducing food storage through dehydration will make these seasonal food to be in abundance all year round.

My startup is all about food storage through dehydration method which helps to preserve food especially seasonal food for a longer period thereby reduces food scarcity and wastage of food resources. This idea is to help alleviate hunger, scarcity and inflation. Food storage through dehydration is a process whereby food is dehydrated and stored so that it can be accessed when it is out of season. For example tomatoes have seasons when they are produced in abundance or in excess which might lead to wastage if it is not in high demand and due to its nature being perishable it will be wasted but if it is stored through dehydration it can be used when needed
