At that time the company I was, needed a research and development engineer- female, but after 1 year the company could not find the right candidate. Today, there are over 50 million youth in Nigeria who still couldn’t find the right support to transition to work. And so, what makes us stand out is that our business was borne out of necessity to provide a solution that others failed to offer, and driven by innovation and experienced team, we leverage on technology to better integrate industry challenges to traditional education so that more people can easily transition from education to decent jobs that better meet the adaptive needs of local industries.
