H-Ex Experts is an organization that offers operational support to aspiring CEO’s who face the challenges of starting their own company. We brand, build and evaluate business ideas, creating well structured organizations from startup companies and MSMEs.

We brand their business by giving it the personality it needs to thrive in a competitive market, we create logo designs, flyers and manage their social media accounts, helping them reach out to the right target audience we build their business by creating a befitting organizational structure, a business plan and ensure they’re in compliance with every rule and regulation, provide operational support and recruit the right experts to hold important roles from the company structure till they are legally and financially strong to employ full time employees while embedding learning and development in their organizational culture We evaluate their business by doing a proper feasibility study backed up by statistics before embarking on any project, know the target audience, reach out to prospective customers, partners and investors to ensure success. We aim to do this for every bright initiative that comes our way with the with the help of our team of experts, partners and strong network.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We are dedicated to the birthing of successful corporate entities, according to research about 20% of new businesses fail during the first year. By the end of the fifth year, about 50% of startups have closed their doors. Which doesn’t even include innovative ideas and initiatives that were not even heard of. We aim to support aspiring CEO's in developing business ideas, startup companies and MSMEs, equipping and positioning them to attract and serve a broader customer base, ultimately transitioning into successful corporate entities. We are dedicated to nurturing innovation by providing support to creative initiatives, driving a 50% increase to employment rate and the establishment of sustainable well-structured organizations across Nigeria.

There are other several other business consultancy firms but none of them gives operational support to aspiring CEO's and start up companies, hence why people have lots of challenges while starting their own organizations. we aim to become experts in doing this, and giving maximum support to aspiring CEOs

Yes, I volunteered with Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) where i joined to promote STEM in female by tutoring and teaching over 100 secondary school girls how they can become successful career leaders and entrepreneurs
