This project is about impacting marketable skills to the large unemployed youth population of Nigeria one community at a time.

We are a business, leadership and career consulting firm with the objective of solving unemployment through skill acquisition and business set up. We have helped small and medium businesses achieve remarkable growth.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

We are solving the problems of unemployment and business stagnation through facilitating bootcamp trainings for youths and young at heart.

One major advantage of using our service is that we follow up on these budding startups from start till a five-year period. Thus, we help them during their early-stage plight till they are mature.

We are aimed at serving the 42% of the youth population which are unemployed and an additional 21% which consider themselves as underemployed.

Business coaches are my competitors. However, why we stand out is because of our model of onboarding participants so as to teach them skills and business set up. Other business coaches are basically looking for high-net worth entrepreneurs who may be able to pay and thus they are disconnected from the fundamentals of starting a business in an emerging economy like ours.
