Getting a home on ghostair is as easy as home as buying a meal on Glovo. We choose to make money through commission and api use by other home platform businesses . We are both b2b and b2c. We are revolutionizing the way we find, manage, and live in homes. No need for intermediaries or even the land, you interract directly with tge home through the integration of smart home technology to offer unparalleled control, security, and convenience for homeowners, property managers, and tenants. From budget-friendly home hunting to optimized occupancy management, GhostAir empowers users with transparent transactions, enhanced security, and streamlined property management.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

1. Overpriced Homes : Home hunters often face exorbitant fees imposed by agents, including multiple agent payments, two years' worth of fees for a single year's rent, and commissions that can exceed 50% of the actual rent. 2. Home Hunting: The process of finding a home is consistently stressful and time-consuming for many individuals, adding to the already burdensome task of relocating or finding suitable accommodation. 3. Stubborn Tenants: Dealing with tenants who are resistant to following rental agreements or who create conflicts can pose significant challenges for property owners and managers, leading to frustration and potential financial losses. 4. Getting Roommates: Finding compatible roommates can be difficult and often involves a tedious process of screening and negotiation, which can lead to mismatches and strained living situations.

1) Home Hunting normally take wewks to months, Ghostair will cut that to less than 24hours 2) local Landlords and most especially in Diaspora won't need to directly manage their homes. The homes manage themselves. 3) Providing comprehensive neighborhood information including security, electricity, and road conditions prior to moving in. 4) Facilitating roommate matching and rent sharing. 5) Offering diverse pricing options with verified homes catering to all budgets.

Smart home technology is mostly used for luxury. What if done with this technology is make it a need by using it to solve painful housing problems.

06.09 Competitive Analysis

Competition: 1) Airbnb : Airbnb in Africa is mostly for luxury homes. We are different because we use smart home devices to help home owners interact with their customers. 2) Google Nest: this is mostly used for luxury. Aside from security, the rest is just luxury. We are using our own smart home ecosystem to help replace scamming, extortion etc. Our product is reducing housing inflation not skyrocket it.
