JAK Housing Limited is a Real Estate Development Company that intends to build sustainable and affordable homes for Nigerians and Africans with steady power supply through the recycling of waste and the use of Solar systems.

According to Statistics from the United Nations, by the year 2050-which is less than 27 years from now-75% of the world’s population-which is approximately 5billion people-will be living in Urban cities. The United Nations have included Building Sustainable Cities as part of the millennium Sustainable Development Goals at no.7 to be precise,this goes to point out how crucial this concept is. Jak Housing Limited-a Subsidiary of Jak Group-is a Real Estate Development company with the Passion to Build Affordable Housing within cities, the Attitude and discipline to ensure they are sustainable, and the integrity to ensure they are well maintained and last long enough to cushion the effect of the future population challenges that may suffice from the above statistics. The company is a Limited Liability company Registered with the Cooperate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in 2022 with registration number RC. 1932547.

Affordable and sustainable housing with basic amenities in Nigeria’s major cities. Providing Creative Financing Solutions / Mortgage options for Targeted Market.

Our Clients will enjoy affordable homes, that have steady light, clean water supply, efficient and effective waste management and recycling systems, good roads and drainage systems within their neighborhoods. 2. There would be organized Mortgage provisions and Creative Financing Solutions for Clients who would like to make payments for the home in installments.

Main Potential Competition is Sungold Group Limited Abuja. We will stand out from them in the sense that we will also be using waste recycling as a source of energy, in addition to solar power. Secondly, we will be providing Mortgage financing and creative financing solutions to our clients to make our homes Affordable even for the Civil servants and Salaried Workers.
