Jaxmas Global Tech is an ICT services provided which is mainly for providing ICT services such as training of illiteracy in rural areas to be able to access but local and international opportunities unknown to them through training in ICT knowledge.

Jaxmas response to community ICT Development is in line with global opportunities involving the youths. In LDCs like Nigeria, rural youth engaged primary with primitive way of living which includes subsistence farming, schooling and local trade. Statistically, both government, non government and foreign loans and grants are only access by urbanization areas which involves 95% urban and 5% rural. This implies that the accessibility of opportunities of various kinds such as scholarships for education, grants and loans for farming and trades are unbelievable to hosts of rural areas which provides 70% of foods to urban areas. As such, Jaxmas aim is at replicating urban accessibility of such opportunities to the rural areas in terms of individuals knowledge through training and openings of fixed centres for static learning and consultation.

Jaxmas interested areas with include the following 1. Illiteracy in ICT for individuals especially the youths to be able to acertain their future through ICT opportunities as 90% of global opportunities is now through ICT means. Global trends especially in farming which involves the use of modern varieties of crops for quick growth and higher yield are unknown to them to know, accessibility is even unknown and loans to boost productivity is through community forum which is often little and challenging. As such, other means should be known such as Local and international opportunities beyond their boundaries through ICT. 2. Other problem is also a business plan, apart from training to access this funds, Business plan and approaching to various funds will be made available for them to learned and to proceed.

1. Globally, the absent of ICT knowledge is a serious set back for an individual. With questions as.,How can the Government help you?, How can the international community help you with your startup or know you precisely. The benefits is clear, startup are only view through ICT with business plan before visitation if necessary, as such benefits will be attainable with ICT knowledge in researching and seeking for opportunities like totalenergies opportunities for example to be achieved. 2. Employment. Employment opportunities are via Internet through ICT. With training, a rural person can be employed in a urban sector before moving to avoid excess stress of verbal support for employment. 3. Education. Most of international scholarships for Africa students are acquire by high income families who are oriented with ICT. Such benefits in 6 years is not accessible to rural students as such youths engaged in early marriages to feel better due to high cost of living.

Jaxmas is strictly for the rural communities especially the youths who only attain a little education and marry without knowing the opportunity in global communities apart from the one provided by their government. Recent the Government of Nigeria made provision for loans to be acquired with the use of business registration Certificate CAC or SMEDAN, such knowledge on how to get this certificate is absent and the benefits are doubtful to them even when given as non have received such opportunities. Jaxmas will target the youths to help them acquire this funds through ICT training and equipment necessary to enhance the coming generation to make use of opportunities available globally equally to all.

ICT knowledge is an essential tool for eradicating poverty in any country especially in Africa where majority of youths sustain on startup and entrepreneur activities. Such activities are often supported by the government and international bodies such as Word Bank, IMF, UNESCO etc. Youths are encouraged to engage in such activities to ease poverty and hungry as employment opportunities seems harder. The rural benefits a little in sch activities which have the highest percentage of poverty as they sole depend on subsistence farming which crude implements.
