Describe your project or startup in a few words

This project is keen on eradicating pollution caused by cooking using the old means of wood and kerosene; bringing an eco friendly energy close to the people in my locality.

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

I want to bring clean energy close to my people by storing and selling liquified petroleum gas (LPG) which is in line with the sustainable development goals project, an eco friendly means of cooking and also which protect the felling of trees (wood) by people for cooking due to the unavailability of LPG in the area... What I sincerely want is for my people to see the beauty in trees and it benefits to man rather than the way they already see it as a means of fuel for cooking. There's an adage that says, the more trees around a place, the more the longevity of the life of the average man. It's also in line with the clean energy initiative by the present leaders of the world in all region; this will make my people to not only be updated with the present happenings as regards the energy sector, it will also make them to be informed and not having a feeling of being segregated by the latest trend in the energy sector. The world is going green and it's important that we're not left behind.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

I'm trying to solve the so many ye ars of being in the dark as regard cooking with clean energy (LPG). More sensitization is needed because of the fear by many that cooking gas dangerous to use in this region. The government has tried in sensitizing the populace but the availability is a major challenge, I need a bigger storage tank to be able to meet the demand with less transportation fare which will also reduce the price of a kilogram of the product; this will make it very affordable by the people, which will significantly make life better and make the environment cleaner without polluting the atmosphere due to constant wood burning.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your startup provides (at least 3).

It will make cooking easy and enjoyable. Even when it rains, the vast majority can still prepare their meals with less thoughts and panic about the weather conditions; the risk also is reduced drastically and also the cooking time will be reduced due to the efficiency of LPG

The end users of the product, which happens to be the vast majority. Everyone and anyone around the LGA.

It's reduces the stress in cooking to almost zero; it makes cooking easy and fun... Cooking with wood is very stressful and health threatening due to excessive inhaling of smoke which is very harmful to one health.
