Moovin is a digital platform that helps renters looking for accommodation and property buyers to quickly and effortlessly find available houses and properties to occupy just with their mobile devices. On the flip side, landlords and property owners will be able to quickly find buyers and make sales/rentals faster and easier using our platform. We take out the stressful expedition and hassle of locating a befitting accommodation/property and shorten the legal documentation process for property buyers by helping them quickly find qualified property lawyers directly from our platform with just a click.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Moovin alleviates the stressful hassle of looking for befitting housing apartments by tenants. People looking for apartments or properties to either rent or buy can easily and quickly find their choice apartments with no hassle at all, and the same time save time. House agents and landlords can find a ready marketers of renters and buyers to let their properties out to without any hassle. Moovin ensures safety of users as each property listing is made only by vetted and verified agents/landlords thus grossly reducing the risks of any scams that may be involved with property acquisition.

Property buyers/renters can more conveniently find their ideal properties from a variety of listings with no hassle and in record breaking time. Agents/landlords are able to let out more properties either for sale or rent within a shorter time and more conveniently by having them listed. Moovin allows Property lawyers to get listed, hence, users can find lawyers to oversee their properties with little or no stress and in record breaking time.

Tahav Emmnuella Shihen is a Veterinary Doctor by profession, she has expertise in the digital media space, having volunteered and worked as a digital marketer so various brands. As a digital marketer she specialises in social media marketing, advertising and content creation. Mark Shie Paul is a full stack developer with years of experience building products, Web and mobile applications. He has worked with and for different brands as a developer where he championed the development of different products.

06.08 Justification for my startup

We have competitors who already exist and serve the market we are coming after. But while there's heavy competition, our product is coming into the market as an improvement and serving the unmet need of property buyers who currently with the existing product still have to go through the stress of looking for a property lawyer. Our product will cater to this need by providing a list of vetted property lawyers that can be easily accessed by buyers.
