My project farms and sells fresh and frozen strawberry across Nigeria

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

This startup project is about cultivating and selling of premium strawberries across Nigeria. The strawberry is grown, harvested and packaged in JOS, plateau state, and then distributed across the federation.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

1. Access to fresh , high quality strawberries from the to your table. 2. The desire for local and sustainable produce and to support local agriculture 3. By freezing the excess strawberries, this will reduce food wastage.

Health benefits. Strawberries are rich in vitamins, antioxidants and fiber. They are value added products such as jams, jellies, sauces and frozen products. Short term growing season and long term harvest season. High Economic returns High market demand

Strawberries are low in calories and high in fibre . Strawberries have high water content which aids in keeping the body hydrated .
