01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
The main problem BTC aim to solve is out of school children without skills and poorly trained artisan in the building industry. There are a lot of brilliant children languishing in our interior villages and even cities without access to education or vocational training. As a well trained skilled professional who has gone through the four corner of school, and now surviving on the skill I learnt early in life. This motivated me to take it up as my responsibility to teach young boys who are WILLING to learn. By this we can raise well trained young skill workers with good exposure to fill in our artisan LABOUR market that is polluted with ill-mannered artisans who mostly are poorly trained as many never got full training but rather embrace the skill as a means of survival without adequate training.
