Jew Technology, founded by John Etanami Williams, aims to address the tech education gap in Nigeria, particularly in the north. Conceptualized in 2021 and operational since 2023, Jew Tech responds to the outdated tech education system and language barrier

Jew Technology, founded by John Etanami Williams in 2023, addresses the technology education gap in Nigeria, particularly in the north. Observing inadequate tech evolution and outdated teaching methods, the startup aims to modernize tech education. The solution involves hosting Tech Fest events to educate and bridge the knowledge gap, using interpreters to overcome language barriers. Following these events, a tech community will be established, providing education through trained tutors and resources from partners like Microsoft, Alison, and Harvard's Edx. Participants will receive training certificates, enhancing employability and reducing unemployment. Jew Technology's vision is to foster unity and self-sufficiency among Nigerian youth, equipping them with modern tech skills to prepare the next generation of leaders and innovators.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Jew Technology is trying to solve the following problems: 1. Tech Education Deficit: There is a notable lack of modern technology education, especially in northern Nigeria. 2. Outdated Teaching Methods: University lecturers often rely on outdated systems, hindering students' progress in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. 3. Language Barriers: Effective communication irrespective of language differences, that we can still bridge the technology gap, bringing it to you in your desired launguage. 4. Unemployment: By providing tech education and skills, Jew Technology aims to enhance employability and reduce unemployment. 5. Technological Gap: Bridging the gap between current educational practices and modern technology advancements. 6. Lack of Unity: Promoting unity through shared learning experiences and community building.

The major benefit of Jew Technology is empowering individuals with modern tech skills, reducing unemployment, and bridging the technological gap in Nigeria. By providing quality education, training, and resources through initiatives like Tech Fest events and the establishment of a tech community, Jew Technology equips participants with valuable certifications, enhancing their employability. Furthermore, the startup fosters unity and self-sufficiency among Nigerian youth, preparing them to become future leaders and innovators in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your startup’s product/service is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

First of all, The Northerners(People of the land, their schools e.t.c), the most deficient technology places in Nigeria. Secondly, Universities, secondary schools and primary school (these are the leaders of tomorrow, they will be the one to decide the future of Nigeria tomorrow) and the deficient places in the world at large.

We have no other owner, I just have a consultant (A Microsoft student ambassador) and a team that are willing to push the vision with me.
