What makes our startup special is how special we make every customer order. In food service on average is made up of restaurants that offer ready made meals to customers without considering their tastes or need thereby resulting in a mixed review due to difference is preference among customers. At mi'lish meals every meal are freshly made to the taste, and preference of our customers
06.09 Competitive Analysis
Considering the services we offer which is preparing meals upon customers order and on customers specifications taking into consideration their health status and food tolerance we do come to a conclusion that our direct competitors are also SMEs like us by individuals venturing in the food delivery business and not major business like crunchies, crispy chicken, chicken Republic and bukas that do not offer the services base at the moment. Indirectly our competitors such as fast food establishment and restaurants like crunchies, crispy chicken etc. The strengths of this category of our competitors are their large customer base and popularity but there is an endemic presence of negative reviews on the services they render such as poor seasoning and taste of their foods and the increased price of their services due to their VAT charges. This give milish meals an advantage to capitalise on with proper funding to be gotten from the grant.
