01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
High Dream Institute of Adult Education is a community development initiative aimed at uplifting the living standard of Namibian underprivileged community and in turn promote the development of the nation as a whole. The initiative is a two is one organisation, an educational institution and an agricultural project. The institution is divided into two sections the basic education department and the vocational education department. While the agricultural project has different production lines. Illiterate youth are precluded from a lot of developments education included. However these are capable people if given the support. Therefore a new education system that suits them is created, first basic education is given and then vocational education. The goal of the project is to create production lines that will generate money for the institution since education will be provided for free(no tuition fee will be requested). However scholars will work in the project to substitute tuition
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Poverty and unemployment by ensuring that these particular youth become self-sufficient/self-help in the industries with better livelihood earnings. The agricultural project is aimed at maximizing the potential of the local resources into useful products that can solve major problems. For example the use of crop residues to make animal feed/oil production.

Operational manager - Hilaria Ndapunikwa Lihekeni is a Teacher by profession with 6 years of experience and 2 two years serving as a school management member and 3 years in hostel supervision role. Her management experience makes her a good fit in the role project operation. Marketing manager - Rosalia Kagadhinwa Nehale is vibrant young lady with a strong communication style (especially with local community members), a community leader her personal traits will serve as a benefit in the marketing management role. She has a vocational qualification and experience in joinery and carpentry from VTC and shoe respectively.

06.08 Justification for my startup
High Dream Institute is a new inclusive education system for illiterate youth in Namibia, it is a new version of education because the existing schools and vocational institution cannot accommodate these particular group of people. The organisation raise to meet the high demanded opportunity as it is the last hope to ending poverty in Namibia and Africa at large.
06.09 Competitive Analysis
COSDEC - office vocational education to some marginalized people in Namibia (with low educational requirements) however this is only beneficial to the people that understands English. The illiterate youth are still excluded as there is a language barrier. Our organisation saw that as a gap in the market and therefore wish to offer basic education and foundation education and afterwards give vocational education.
