We believe coding is essential for the 21st century and go beyond basic programming. We offer a variety of advanced technology programs, after-school tutoring, and teach children programs like website development, robotics, and artificial intelligence. This all designed to equip children with the skills they need to thrive in the digital age. By nurturing a generation of tech-savvy youth, NOI Coding Kids is fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within Namibia. We equip children with the skills they need to not only thrive in the digital age but also shape the future of their nation. curriculum, nurturing environment, and focus on advanced skills empower the next generation of Namibian leaders. We are committed to making coding education accessible to all Namibian children. We strive to bring their programs directly to communities, ensuring no child is left behind in the digital revolution.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Today, coding skills are essential for success in a rapidly changing world. Yet, many schools lack the resources or expertise to offer quality computer science education. This leaves students unprepared for the growing number of tech-related jobs and limits their future opportunities. Our after-school coding program bridges this gap by providing a fun and engaging environment for students of all backgrounds to develop critical problem-solving skills and gain valuable coding knowledge they can use for the rest of their lives. As technology continues to advance, the demand for skilled coders will only increase. By equipping students with coding skills early on, we empower them to thrive in the digital age and seize countless opportunities in various industries. This not only benefits the individuals themselves but also contributes to the overall progress and innovation of society.

NOI Coding Kids aims to address the critical need for STEM education in Namibia through three main objectives. Firstly, we strive to reduce school dropout rates by providing engaging vocational training, motivating young people to complete their education. Secondly, our programs aim to equip youth with essential coding and technology skills, ensuring they are prepared for successful careers in the digital age. Lastly, we aim to ignite innovation by nurturing creativity and problem-solving skills, transforming students into creators of technology. Additionally, we work to bridge the digital divide by ensuring inclusive access to this crucial education, and we cultivate a lifelong passion for STEM fields, shaping future leaders who will drive groundbreaking contributions in these ever-evolving disciplines.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your startup’s product/service is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

NOI Coding Kids' STEM programs are designed to empower Namibia's youth, specifically targeting those aged 8-17 and vocational education targets those aged 18-25. These age group represent a rapidly growing segment of the population. These young individuals are actively seeking opportunities to develop in-demand skills and advance their careers. Our target audience is deliberately broad to encompass both: Urban youth: Urban centers are experiencing a population boom, attracting young talent seeking education and employment opportunities in technology fields. NOI Coding Kids' programs cater to this growing interest in tech careers within urban areas. Rural youth: We recognize the diverse socio-economic backgrounds and geographic distribution across Namibia. Our programs are designed to be accessible to rural youth as well, ensuring inclusivity and addressing the educational gap across the country.

NOI Coding Kids combats the STEM workforce shortage through a brilliant youth pipeline. They ignite a passion for technology early, making coding fun and engaging for young minds.
