School Radio project is an initiative birthed by two young Namibian with the aim of ensuring that the learning process reaches all learners across the country through the provision of lessons in various subjects through Frequency Modulation

01.01 Describe your startup in more detail

Pavi and Bako’s Investment CC is a company that was founded in 2021 by two young Namibians with the aim of playing a significant role in poverty eradication and universal access to education amongst young Namibians. The company’s objectives are in line with the Governments objective in all the industries it has ventured in. The company has great expertise in various industries especially the adaptation of technology and information systems as it strives to be at the forefront of transforming various sectors within Namibia and helping them to keep pace with the advancements in technology. Other industries in which it operates are mainly installation, maintenance, logistics, procurement and agriculture Procurement of state of the art equipment ranging from smart-tech to construction equipment Installing and maintenance and repairs of products. The School Radio Project is a unique method devised by the company that is tailor made to meet the needs of Namibian learners at large

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

As a School Radio Project we have identified that there is a great need going forward to introduce new ways of learning that will bring great improvement to the education sector. These changes will solve a lot of problems that have been faced especially during the Covid–19 pandemic. Some of these may be new but some already existed and were only amplified by the pandemic. The main problems/needs this initiative will seek to solve or satisfy are as follows:

The primary objective of this learning program is to present and implement a system that will enable learners from various walks of life have access to education no matter their location or difficulties they face with regards to going to school.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your startup’s product/service is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

We are targeting school learners and there guardians as not only will our parents be good at math or any other subjects it'll be a part off family time but we want to make it part of every culture.
