Nzika Bot iscutting-edge AI chatbot designed to facilitate access to information and services for individuals in Malawi. We will develop it to be sold to partners such as banks, governments, and service providers, who will utilize it to offer their services to their customers. Our chatbot will support local languages (Chichewa, Tumbuka, Yao, Lomwe) and include speech recognition and text-to-speech functionality for visually impaired users. By deploying Nzika Bot, our partners will enhance their customer engagement, improve accessibility, and increase financial inclusion. We aim to become a leading provider of AI-powered chatbot solutions in Malawi, empowering businesses and organizations to better serve their customers.

In Malawi, limited access to information and services due to language barriers and lack of accessibility options hinders financial inclusion and social equity. We aim to solve this by developing Nzika Bot, a multilingual AI chatbot that bridges the gap, providing inclusive access to essential services and information for all, including visually impaired individuals.
