Proxy houses is a business project that embraces internet to provide a link between landlords and tenants. It also focuses on providing easy moving services to the tenants who are or may move from one location to another.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Proxy houses is a developed website accommodating the accessible houses as per agreements with the land lords. The website will host pictures and route to various Houses together with their prices and other costs and conditions ( a case study of JUMIA KENYA). Tenants seeking to have houses in a particular location will visit the website, filter and obtain various houses according to their filtered preference. Upon choosing a house, they will create an account and this now links, through the website host, the tenant and the landlord. To some greater extent the host will also arbitrate any issues and misunderstandings between the tenant and the landlord.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Proxy houses reduces the problem of inconveniences that arises from tenants who would wish to move to new houses. This saves on cost and distress in getting the house of their choice. With this, the matters of inequality especially among the gender will be reduced greatly. Customer exploitation will also be solved through this project. If implemented has it is thought, it will reduce conmanship in the housing sector by 100%.

1. The project reduces gender inequality. In most cases, men are at a precision of 80% involved in house seeking and moving activities. With this project, it will only require a good internet connection and a gadget and the next thing you find yourself in a well-set house of your choice regardless of the gender. 2. Conmanship and losing money in the hand of cartels will be brought to zero for customers who embrace using our product. Our landlords will be verified of the proxy operators will be the link between tenants and landlords hence liable of any inconveniences. 3. Smooth learning in tertiary institutions will be enhanced where students’ hostels will be brought into the project. Parents can also get involved smoothly in accommodation concerns of their children. 4. It’s an income generating project which will create vast employment.

The project focuses on general public who are up to shift from their current living to different environment. It also will help learners in tertiary institutions in securing accommodation when out for long holidays without necessity of traveling. Business peoples looking for offices and warehouses to rent will also be sort by the PROXY HOUSE COMPANY. It also serves landlords by creating awareness of their houses hence increasing their incomes

Mr. Njiru has a diploma in sales and marketing and a diploma in guidance and counseling in secondary education.currently teaching at St. Michael Kevote Secondary school. Ms. Mary K. a graduate in computer science. up to be the head of ICT in the company.

besides AIR BnB, for the purpose of renting and moving services, then is completely a new project. the tech employed is quite friendly. house pictures and their locations together with prices and other conditions will also be available. the unique need being provided by the project is the fact that their has not been such proxy bookings of moving services and renting services on an online platform. bearing in mind that the world is turning into completely digital world
