Mutubio tours This is an idea fetched from my home area in regards with the resources available, we have a national park in nyandarua county in Kenya call aberdare national park . And I being a resident on the foot of the park I thought of a tourist

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

My project is more about conservation of water catchment areas especially around lake olborosat which is the only lake in the region (nyandarua) and a fresh water lake. Alongside conserving the ecosystem there different species that habitat around there and we may end up loosing them . Alongside this I have a focus on a specific species that is rare but found in some parts of kinangop (nyandarua county) called widowbird and need to be conserved .

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

. Climate change Climate change is the key issue when we talk about conservation, human activity sometime impact negative toward climate change. Whenever climate misbehave everything changes and everything is affected negatively. My idea is conservation, conservation and conservation and when we deal with climate change I believe we will have dealt with the elephant in the room. Everything else will flow smoothly once we have good/favourable climate

1) deal effectively with climate 2)protect endangered species 3) education to the community will deal effectively with illiteracy 4) involving youths in our project will reduce their chances of turning to drugs 5)boost tourist attraction sites 6)boost revenue collection 7) boost and build careers 8) source of employment

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The first target is every human being under the sun subjected to climate change. The community surrounding the target conservation area are the main beneficiary since they will receive education on how to take care of critical ecosystem. Youths who might be required to work in fulfilling the ideas of the project will also benefit financially and morally
