I would establish a cooling plant of the potatoes in which i would even keep for sometime and therefore transport to the other countries since its a food consumption

Potatoes is a source of income for farmers and it is food as well in tanzania it is used in making soaps so in my attention if the Potatoes stay in a long period they rot so as to keep it it needs a cooling plant moreover it is a source of income in my community because i wouldhire youths to collect some from farmers and buy in a good price and it will be easy for transporters to take to the nearest country in my store

I would have solved the problem of some youths from not getting jobs and the potatoes will not rot easily
