The business project proposal aims at making sugarcane juice from sgarcane pieces. This process needs a blender jar with an inbuilt sieve. It helps a lot in extracting the juice and it will packed in small bottles of 500ml and 1 litre depending on demand.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Extracting the juice from chopped sugarcane pieces that are rich in juicy and freshly harvested. The pieces will be washed and peeled then placed in blender with a sieve. Basically it comprises of 70 - 75% water, 13 - 15% sucrose, and 10 - 15% fiber. No chemicals added. Only a presevertive will be added. The juices will be barked in small bottles and sold in wholesale and retail. The prices will be based on current market rates and availability of the sugarcane. A good amount of capital is needed for this project because it will also need additional manpower for the process to reach the end product. Marketing will also be done to create awareness to the customer on the availability of the new product in the market. This needs trained personnel with good communication skills and business minded to entice customer to buy the new product. The machines to be purchased needs to be effective also and durable and this reflect the high cost of the same.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Drinking sugarcane juice daily has several health benefits. Being a natural low-cholesterol, low-sodium food, with no saturated fats. The juice is full of vitamin c. This helps boosts body immunity.Il it normalizes the release of glucose in the body to regain lost sugar levels. Sugarcane juice hydrates the body and reduces fatigue caused due to hot weather. This juice provides the body with carbohydrates, proteins, and minerals that help the body to deal with dryness.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

Provides instant energy boost We could see sugarcane juice being sold on roadside kiosks. When we drive on a hot summer afternoon, we would feel dehydrated. People driving in this weather would benefit a lot from these kiosks. The body can easily absorb the simple sugars in sugarcane juice. This will give us an instant energy boost and a rehydrated feel. So, if you feel dehydrated while driving on a hot summer afternoon, grab a glass of chilled sugarcane juice to reduce the heat. This juice provides you with carbohydrates, proteins, and minerals that help keep your skin hydrated. Eases digestion 11 Benefits of Sugarcane Juice Digestive disorders can cause major discomfort. Sugarcane juice can help to ease digestion and give a soothing effect. Sugarcane juice helps to keep the digestive flora in balance, and the potassium in sugarcane juice prevents stomach infections and also treats constipation.

The targeted beneficiaries are all people including adults and children since the juice is rich in vitamin c which is meant to boosts body immunity. Every human being whether adult or young needs vitamin c for his or her body immunity. The juice is full of energy and this makes it fit for both adults and children.since this juice extracted ou of sugarcane pieces provides you with carbohydrates, proteins, and minerals that help keep your skin hydrated, this makes it fit to be consumed by both young and adult.

My project also to a big percentage contributes to industry innovation and infrastructure since one will need machines to produce end product. With advanced industries, big machines are needed for processing of the juice and this is a reflection of contribution to industry innovation. The infrastructure is aso a major issue that this project supports. This happens in advanced big industry producing juices. When my business this project will advance to a big industry, roads will be one of the major factors to be developed as this contributes to marketing and transportation of the product to markets.
