TWT music school, is slum based project for the artist from all slums In Kenya . this project will empower all career in slum this will reduce number of crime , early pregnancy , drug abuse etc , many youths in the slums are talented but we lack help .

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Starting music school business can be my exciting venture for those passionated in music and eager to share their skills and knowledge with others . with the increase in popularity of music in the different categories like deejay , music production , saxophonist , pianist , and many other categories for all anything relating to music , and there is growth in electronic music and this is demanding for more for more professionalisms . this project will mostly based on the young talents in the slum . but any person can be participant . 60% of the project will be forcing on slum and other 40% on others , this due to many talents in the slum are not looked on because on of the negative feedback from few . who thinks that there is nothing good that can come from slum , on my side I believe most talented artist are from slum but they are not recognised in the society . I hope this project will change life of many and this will make us have great community in the country .

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

This is characterised by inadequate access to basic services as a poor living condition , this is often seen a breeding space for crime , poverty and hopelessness . this approach can tackle several socio economic challenges , offering beacon of hope and path for the future for the residents . In my slum slums children and youths are facing obstacles like ; lack of education opportunities , unemployment , crime and drug abuse , mental health issue , and social exclusion . the music school solution by establishing school can directly address those problems ; 1. community involvement and assessment engaging with community leaders and residents to asses their needs. 2. funding and resources , seek for funding from NGOs , government grants and private donors and partnership with existing music institutions 3. curriculum and staffing , curriculum that include both theorectical and practical aspect of music . creating school will multifaceted solution in slum

1 this will reduce crime 2 will reduce early pregancy 3 improving level of living 4 creating awareness in the society 5 creation of jobs this music school play a vital role in preserving and promoting cultural heritage . they expose students and the community to diverse musical tradition , fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of various cultures Education benefit , studying music enhances cognitive development , improve academic thinking and creativity . music education support skills like memory , attention and problem solving Social and emotional development , this provide space for social interaction , teamwork and emotional expression . helps individuals develop empathy and emotional intelligence Economic impact , music school is contribution to the local economy by creating jobs foe educator and staff , attracting students and the visitors and hosting events that generate revenues . they also inspire future.

1 youths in the slums , they have talent but no one is ready or available to help or mentor them due to poor living conditions 2 young kid , we be mentoring kid from 4 years to nature their talent 3 old generation , we will not leave old one in this project their also have a chance 4 all gender will included

It instils in students a passion for learning. It exposes students to different ways of thinking. It teaches students how to apply knowledge to real world situations. It teaches students how to learn. A quality education is the kind of education that will enable a student to question, rather than accept; it is the kind of education that will enable a student to be creative and innovative, rather than just following the rules; it is the kind of education that will enable a student to think and to be, rather than only what to do and how to do. We should not accept an education that only prepares students for the next test, and then we complain about our students not being able to solve real life problems. this will promote gender equality by treating all genders equal without any discrimination That incident taught me how to be braver and to raise my voice no matter I’m a girl or a boy. Because giving an opinion doesn't matter on gender. Gender equality will make us understand more about equal life. When the men can lend their voice, so can the women. I’m also very broken to know the fact that women are still underrepresented across business. Yes, I’m talking about Gender Pay Gap. It’s still a thing. Women are often paid unfairly. In summary, if gender equality appears in our community, it will bring so many benefits to us. Gender equality has strong, positive impacts on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita which grow over time and gender equality makes our society even healthier. I always hope that Gender Equality can be achieved soon so we all can get to live in a life where we can access everything without having to see sexes, gender roles, gender pay gap, domestic violence, etc

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

The main competitor are from the exciting firms in the entertainment but I have best way to inter in the market , cause most of them are focusing on the rich people and are mainly after money , i will have independent instructor they will be offering private lessons to the students specially if they have strong online . school academies , some music school may offer courses as part of their curriculum . I have unique marketing strategies that I have never seen some of them applying to their firms.

YES , there are also vibrant communities with immense untapped potential , they are the mother of the nation , to have balance generation we should also empower women in the society . they're changes in the technology where all gender have their own space , we are creating awayness in the community . through football competition. and any other activates in the community that are involving girl child
