Taita Safi Cleaning Company is a company whose goal is to provide professional and reliable cleaning services for residential and commercial premises as well as making eco-friendly and biodegradable detergents using natural ingredients.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Taita Safi Cleaning Company operation will include; 1.Provide cleaning services 2. Making detergents and disinfectants. 3. Training the willing community members on how to make their own detergents from natural ingredients. The people I am are mostly targeting to train on detergents making are women, moreso the young mothers and widows. I want to empower the youths and women with the detergents making skills so they can save financially and become more self sufficient. The natural detergents are more advantageous because they are eco-friendly and biodegradable and do not contain any synthetic chemicals which can cause skin irritation. I want to provide high quality and exceptional cleaning services that can transform spaces into spotless havens to people in Taita Taveta and beyond so that they will be able to experience cleanliness effortlessly. The cleaning services will include; I.Home cleaning II.Fumigation III.Vacuuming services IV.Post construction cleaning.....among others.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Unemployment - Having the cleaning company will provide employment opportunities for many people who are jobless at the moment. I aim at employing youths to help in the running of the business so they can also earn an income. When I train other people to make the simple natural detergents and they use the knowledge to make detergents for their own use, they will be able to save some money which could use to purchase the same. They can also be able to sell the detergents and get an income from it, that way will be self employed and we will have reduced the number of jobless people in the country.

Guaranteed cleanliness - with the most powerful and modern tools we will be able to provide spotless spaces for everyone that seeks our services. We wat to make cleaning easier by delivering exceptional service quality and attention to detail. Eco-friendly and biodegradable detergents - We aim at making detergents from Natural ingredients that will not pollute the environment in any way and does not cause any irritation to the skin. Empowering the community - The people I will be training will be empowered with the detergents making skills and they will be able to get the natural ingredients from the company whenever they need them.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The whole community No one is left out of this project. Everyone needs a clean space and we use detergents in our day to day lives. The detergents and disinfectants will be accessed by anyone that needs them and we are ready to provide cleaning services services to homeowners, renters, landlords, business owners and schools. The company will create job opportunities to many people in the county. The trainings will also be open to everyone that is willing to learn.

The project contributes to the No poverty goal because the people that will be working in the company will be able to earn an income that will help them meet their basic needs which will in return sustain them and their families. Those trained in detergents making can also sell the detergents and get money, If they choose to make the detergents for their personal use they will be able to save the money which they could have used to purchase the detergents and use it in another way since making your own detergents is cheaper that buying the detergents.

Income earned by our employees will enable them to buy food and we will also educate our employees and urge them to engage in the modern agricultural activities on their off days and during their free time so they will have sufficient and nutritious food all year.

Living and working in a clean space minimizes the chances of getting sick and prevents diseases such as asthma, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases. Pests spread bacterias that can lead to diseases such as Bacilus cereus, Bedbugs can cause allergic reactions or a severe skin reaction in some people. The cleaning company will help prevent the diseases by maintaining clean spaces all the time and the fumigation will help eliminate pests that causes severe allergies.

1. The products and services we envision creating could be described as a new technology because we intend to use the best modern machines for both our cleaning services and the detergents making process. 2. The products and services we envision creating could also be described as an improvement of existing services and products because cleaning companies are there and detergents making companies are there but ours will be unique because we will use modern machines and natural ingredients for the detergents. 3. Our company will provide a range of products and services because we will provide cleaning services, Train people on detergents making for free and also make our own detergents. 4. We aim at creating responds to a demand or need that has not been satisfied by other products/services by delivering exceptional service quality and attention to detail as well as provide eco-friendly and biodegradable detergents. 5. 05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

My main potential competitors are other cleaning companies and detergents making companies. The following are some of the reasons that will make me stand out from them; 1. I will invest in employees by taking good care of them and they will in return take good care of my customers by delivering excellent services. 2. I will have a good customer service and solve their queries promptly so that my customers can feel special. 3. I will provide proficient and valuable cleaning services to that will undoubtedly attract many customers. 4. I will use technology to improve my services. 5. I will charge correctly so that my customers can see the value for money, a well as using the revenue well. 6. I will always ask for feedback from my customers so that my services can become friendlier and personalized thus persuading my customers to choose my services all the time. 7. I will be upgrading my services and products as everytime technology keeps evolving.

Yes because I am a female entrepreneur. I believe the presence of female entrepreneurs in the business world is not only beneficial but also necessary for various reasons. Women bring unique skills, perspectives and experiences that help businesses succeed in today's competitive and rapidly changing environment. Female entrepreneurs bring new ideas, innovative solutions and alternative viewpoints that can help businesses think outside the box and make more informed decisions .
