This is a project/idea aimed at providing decent work and Economic growth to "small scale" farmers in Kenya.This project aims to help farmers market their products through technology especially through the social media.

This is a project/idea aimed at providing decent work and Economic growth to "small scale" farmers in Kenya.This project aims to help farmers market their products through technology especially through the social media. It provides a safe and easily accessible market to farmers through technology. This project also aims at showing all farmers the locations they can sell their products "including online" and also connect/show the interested parties "customers" on where to find the farmers and their products The main purpose of this project is to make available and ready markets for farmers and interested parties an available good market easily. The project also aims to provide a platform to which farmers can connect and share ideas among themselves and also with the customers. This can also be a platform for which the farmers can develop partnership agreement with interested parties and also the government of Kenya. Through this project farmers will be able to access the better prices.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem we're trying to solve is to provide an available market to the local farmers both small scale farmers and large scale farmers, and also to provide them with a place where they can meet with interested customers at all times. I discovered that most small scale farmers, especially now when we have the problem of floods, that they cannot access market to their products because of transportation. Also most farmers are not known nor their products and this project will enable the farmers to expand their market and be able to sell their products to the interested parties all over the country with ease even without meeting face to face. This project will connect farmers with buyers easily and also will help in advertising their products easily around the country easily without relying on other people hence the farmers would be able to access profits to their goods.

The major benefits the project intends to provide are; 1. Provide available market for farmers This project aims to provide ready markets for farmers and their goods making it easier for them to access the market and customers. 2. Help in advertising the farmers and their goods The project will help in advertising the farmers and their goods using technology mostly through the social media platforms and any other local environmental friendly way like the singhnboards besides the roads and in the market places. 3. Connect farmers all over the country The project will help connect the local farmers nationally and enable them to share ideas among themselves and the interested parties. 4. Expand the knowledge of farmers in marketing their products The project will show and teach farmers on various ways they can advertise and sell their products in the competitive market locally and with success large scale farmers can expand to international markets.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The targeted beneficiary of my project are both the small and large scale farmers in Kenya. This project will be able to help the farmers sell their products easily around the country. It will help in advertising their products in the country making them known and accessible. The project also will also connect the interested parties "customers" to the farmers. It will make it much easier for the customers to locate who or what products or farmers they want to associate with. This will help the farmers to sell their products direct from the firm and making profits on their own and also the customers will be able to access fresh products from the farmers directly from the farm. So in general the farmers" especially the local small scale farmers" will be able to access the market and get known without straining at the comfort of their farms.

My project is unique and innovative as it will be the only project that helps farmers market and sell their goods by use of technology.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

My main potential competitors are the marketing agencies. What makes me stand out from them is that my project will be able to be accessible to all the farmers around the country whether small scale farmers or large scale farmers.
