The purpose of this business is to offer Electrical and Electronics to customers.The business name is ODIMA ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS SHOP. and its owned by JEAFENAL ODIMA.He is astudent at Cambridge universal college taking certificate in electrical eng

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

The prime purpose of this business is to provide electric and electronic products to all and make the products readly available to all.The products to be offered in this workshop will include all the electronics such an tv sets, fridges dispenser and etc.It also include electrical products such as cables,bulbs,fuses, sockets,solars and etc.I can say my business is unique since it willing haven't all the necessary products in the same place.Also ,the location of my business as to where am planning to locate there's no such business with all the accessories or accomodation

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The problem that am trying to solve is; Removing poverty in our community because I have struggled for long time since my both parents died in the year 2000 living us with nothing.Am trying also to reduce the cost of living to people around because they will not travel far to get the same products that am offering.Am also trying to the of unemployment to the youths and other people at large. It was also remove the idleness in the community

The major advantage is ,it will create job opportunities to you people/generation to come It will also reduces the cost of living It increases the economy of the country It will make youth's not to be Idle in the village

The main target is offering the product to all peopl since there is a need to fill that gap. My targeted customers to Odima electric and electronic shop will be most of youths and also all general. Since the products felt with are most commonly used in almost everyone's home. Hence more customers targeted. There are also many electrical engineers and contractors in the area. Hence are customers expected.

05.08 Justification

I will develop a unique products and services that will set apart my competitors. I will position my project to abetter identity and seize new opportunities. I will also create opportunities to diversify revenue stream or expand into a new market. I will increase my productivity while finding ways to improve my operation. i will be better and well equipped to deal with changes that catches me off guard. I will also create an environment that engages my workers and results to a higher level of job satisfaction and employee rentetion.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

In my area of working there's a high competition expected, because there is some electrical workshops that are still in existence in the same location. ODIMA I highly advantaged because of high quality facilities that I will offer them at an affordable price to buy the products. My branding wil be unique for attractive. I will provide different types of products that means they will not lack anything.
