Standing in the gap between extreme high end and extreme low end housing by offering secure, hygienic, dignified, self contained semi permanent houses that will be affordable for both low and middle income earners - Company formed in March 2021

Standing in the gap between extreme high end and extreme low end housing by offering secure, hygienic, dignified, self contained semi permanent houses that will be affordable for both low and middle income earners, the houses will have inbuilt water and sewer systems, electricity, 24 hour surveillance cameras, caretaker, night guard, and garbage collection station

We are trying to stand in between the very high end and the very low end housing by bringing in affordable, secure and dignified housing to the community

1. Dignified housing by all standards eg, security and hygiene 2. Affordable 3. Assured basic needs e.g. shelter, clean water and sanitation, and electricity

We are targeting low and middle income earners to benefit from the housing

In our constitution, we stipulated and highlighted that our project will begin in the uprising towns this way we will be ensured that all amenities such as schools and hospitals are within close proximity, this can be well illustrated by the parcel of land that we are currently acquiring in GIKUNI/KABETE where by these amenities are available in large numbers. We will also work with our caretakers to give us information of our tenants to enable us ensure that the education goal is being met and if there are challenges we see where we can assist

My Company is a partnership of 15 members who have come together with mutual goal of offering affordable rental housing, the company was formed early 2021, this 15 individuals comes from different communities around the country and all walks of life interms of careers. We have also partnered with a local sacco who have already helped us by lending us some funds to buy the plot for kick starting our project, as at the day of this application, the transfer and charge of the acquired title is currently underway

05.08 Justification

We envision in creating affordable housing for the low and middle income earners having done much and intense research, we found out that current housing is offered in 2 extremes e.g. The very best and expensive and very low-welfared and very cheap, we decided to introduce products(houses) that will stand somewhere in the middle both for cost and welfare, for welfare it will be good to note that we say that it will also stand in the middle because we intend to put up good self contained semipermanent(Mabati) houses with all the rest security features e.g. proper fencing, security lights and surveillance cameras

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Other real estate investors, we stand out more better as our main goal is the good welfare of the community by offering affordable and good condition housing for raising their families as cmpared to other competitors who overlook commercialization over wellbeing
