My project name is Jumamo auto-spares and hydraulics . It is majorly going to deal selling of automotive spare parts ,oils , hydraulic fluid and fixing hydraulic pipes and fittings .Jumamo auto-spares is going to be located at Nakuru town biashara Street

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

My project is going to deal with the selling of automotive spare parts repair of hydraulic pipes and the hydraulic fittings .It will also involve the repair of clutch.The business is going to be a sole proprietorship,after doing a thorough research on the area .I realized that there are people with vast experience. Mechanics only needs a reliable support and the supply of the spares they need .Given the resources by Total energy I will supply them with the best quality spare parts that will meet their customer satisfaction

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

There are a number of problems that are going to be solved 1. Unemployment. A lot of youths are struggling with unemployment which leaves them at risk of Depression, some may even involve themselves in drugs and robbery . Employment raise the standards of living this eradicating poverty amongst the youth and this will result to reduced crime rate 2.Saving cost The business is going to be located where it is accessible ,this is going to save cost and time of moving around looking for spare around the town . Since it's a complex it will entail service that are aligned together e.g when a customer comes to change oil he will also buy air cleaner rather going to another shop to look for the same 3. Quality products Since the market is flooded with counterfeit product I will always ensure my customer recieves original product for their vehicles . This will ensure the lifespan of the vehicle is not tampered with 4. Good customer relations will always be ensured

- The business will provide my customer with genuine break pads,break fluids etc .this will always ensure that the vehicle will not cause an accident because of break failure - The business will provide customer with best lubrication oil from total energies which will keep customers engine alive and strong - The business will provide air cleaner which ensure clean air gets into engine for proper combustion

My project aims to serve the mechanics around ,since they are so industrious ant they treasure their work I see no need to disappoint them .this project will be their wake up call to continue with the good work they are doing . The project also targets the car owners since the goods and services the business will provide will help them maintain the cars for longer periods

05.08 Justification

Some products in the market are new but most of the product are modifications of old .this is due to modifications and the change of makes of the cars .Each car has an improvement on the model making an old spare not to work on new model perfectly

My potential competitors are the dakamwa Auto spare ,my better pricing and good customer relations
