The Clean Waste Management Company is a dedicated organization committed to improving waste management practices. Our mission is to provide sustainable solutions for waste management that benefit both the environment and the community.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Clean Waste Management Organization is a waste management organization that is dedicated to providing environmentally-friendly solutions for the proper disposal and recycling of waste materials. Our mission will be to help individuals and businesses reduce their carbon footprint by managing their waste in an efficient and sustainable manner. we shall offer a variety of services to cater to the needs of our clients and community. This includes waste collection, recycling, composting, and hazardous waste disposal. We will work closely with local recycling facilities and waste management plants to ensure that materials are properly sorted and processed to minimize environmental impact.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

I live in Dandora, Nairobi Kenya, where there is one of the biggest waste dumps in Africa. Because of the health complications and environmental degredation that has been experienced by collegues friends and family, it is my wish that the dumping would stop and that all waste will be managed in a proper manner and that the companies and individuals responsible will take charge in make our environments liveable. And this will also be a job creation opportunity as the people living here will be involved in this practices.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

One of the major benefit is creating a cleaner environment for the people in Dandora becasue we intend to bring down the dumping in this sites. Secondly the health of the people living here will be improved. Thirdly the living standards will be better as a result of the jobs created. Improved security,hence a reduction in criminal activities.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Clean Waste management generally targets the households, which is where waste management should begin. Each and everyday households use a number of different products from various companies. After the useage, no one really cares where the waste should be taken, and this is when the poor waste disposal starts. We find them on the roads we use, we find them in our communities. This happens because there is no one who really cares to give information about waste management and here is where Clean waste management comes in. Generally the major beneficiary is the househlods, the communities and companies that produce these wastes.

Recently the country experienced floods in most parts, and what happens in sucb situations is the rqin water gets mixed with the wastes and leak into our water sources. This causea water pollution. And that is why we need proper waste disposal and management.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

My main competitor is Taka Bank. What makes me stand out is that I have the will to work on this project to the end.

Yes. I have helped setup small business for 3 young mothers.
