We are providing a Property management solutions that will include even land owners with idle land wheather in cities or in rural area to make the be productive. Either in agriculture or building semi permanent structures that are profitable

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

After a careful consideration we discovered that most of the land lords and tenants have a very cold interaction while the tenants wishes to vacate the premises. This you find a high level of vandalism. Some are beyond repair. Take an example most tenants do not like it when their upfront deposit isn't returned hence the destroy the paints. Some landlords face financial constraints due to the loans they pay we offer advance salary that will maintain them to their pay day

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Landlords tenant relationship which is critical Monetary assistant in time of need to houseowners Leasing of land with the current government strategy Help the pay land levies in time to the government Also maintain and reclaim land that cannot be inhabitated by providing solutions like tree planting and benefitial fruit planting that will create a new cashflow to and owners For instance we can plant avocado trees in idle land that generating income and a long term land maintenance process Identify the lands that need investment and providing short and long term investment process

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

1) Maximum utilisation of land. Unused lands may lead to grabbing, this may lead to community conflict with the owner and the government. This will help to identify the real owner before investment settle the matter and hence we utilize the land to it's maximum by choosing the right investment according to the area. 2)Creating income. The owners of the land and our investment group will create a new investment project for example if it's fruit tree planting, we will be able to sell fruits and share the profits with the owner. Moreover, there will be labour thus we will be able to create jobs to those who will be maintaining the project 3) wopen market horizons. We will be ble to sell our products far and wide. Thus inviting investor and business men from far and wide. For example if we lease a land and use to create villas and cottages that are affordable. Many will bea able to invest in such programs thus even helping the industrialization on an area.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Most of the targeted people are landlords, idle land owners. Investment group and agriculture groups. Also we plan to engage some business investor who are looking for places to set up new industry by identifying and educating the of areas suitable. Inters of labour ,market etc

An engineer by professional. Mostly deals with masonry he has done and has an experience of ten year in that field I've witnessed him survey lands suitable for rental building agriculture purpose and also business purposes land. A true genius in that field

05.08 Justification

This service property management and reclaiming of land may differ from many others due to the openness. It is not a pyramid scheme, it is investing in new opportunities, most people have land that are idle in cities and in rural. We try to figure out the suitable investment in such area and provide a solution with us taking full management of piece of property entitled to us. For example. If an area is suitable for tomato farming and the climatic condition are suitable. We indulge tomato farming. Source for the available market, whether processing or selling them whole but in bulk. In an area is suitable for rented houses, we build with materials that are suitable for the period agreed with the land owner. We utilize that property for the stipulated time and we leave the land owner with the benefits discussed

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Most of the project that many competitors in property management deal with are selling and rental management. We will be able to fully utilse the land and the land ownership still remains to the owner who have trusted us to earn on idle land. It's a win win type of investment. We can also have investors from abroad who can benefit from this since they can trust us with their property and manage it and still earn from it while still away
