The proposed business name of the enterprise will be Sunnymaxx Solar Solutions. The business is under sole proprietorship form of ownership Sunnymax Solar Solutions venture falls under Electricals and electronics, General Engineering and building industry. The proposed business will be retail, services, manufacturing and supplying. The Business will be retailing electricals and electronic gadgets, servicing them and also assembling other locally made gadgets such as lamps, Leds Advertisement banners and others We will be supplying them to the local electricals shop in the surrounding estates. The proposed project will also be dealing with sales and installation of solar panels to clients within and outside the sorrounding.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Sunnymaxx Solar Solutions envisions providing tailor-made solutions to a diverse range of customers, wholesalers, retailers, domestic customers and institutions in the entire spectrum of solar energy technology. Key targets among these clients are residential and commercial buildings. Electricity users in residential apartments and offices require cutting cost by saving on electricity bills. Green energy solutions offered by Sunnymaxx pose high quality at attractive prices. Our main cue is to take advantage of the gap left in green energy propagation by many of our competitors. We will penetrate the marketing by countering our competitors’ exaggerated pricing of their alternative electricity systems. Furthermore, enhancing our aftersales services and implementing a personalized customer care program for every client will be an eye-opener for our target clients.

Solar energy is a form of green and renewable energy and the world currently need it because it is always availabe. The use of solar panels let you save electricity and get rid of huge electricity bills just by utilizing the natural energy resources. Solar power systems do not require much maintenance. Just needs to be cleaned twice every year, but it should be kept in mind that cleaning should always be done by experts who know this work well Solar energy is used for various purposes. Anything can generate electricity or heat (solar thermal) by solar energy. Can deliver electricity to areas without electricity, use it in factories, supply clean water, use it in household chores, use for space satellites.Solar power is more secure than conventional power sources, whether it is for use or maintenance and repair.installation of solar powered water pumps will increase sustainable access to water supply by equipping new boreholes and retrofitting existing diesel –powered boreholes.

The targetted beneficiaries will be home owners who need to be installed with solar panels to provide for them cheaper electricity. the second beneficiary will be rural area schools where they can't get electricity easily.Health centres in remote places will also be benefiting. places where there is no enough water. will be installing solar to pump water.Businesses that will require our services of solar installation.those who will need repairs on their electrical appliances will also be available.Those who will need CCT cameras to be installed will also be available.

Sales Clerk These individuals must be highly versatile workers with at least a diploma in Marketing and three years’ experience in sales. Any electrical background will be an added advantage. They will be tasked with reaching out to existing and new potential clients. They will largely work outfield with the sole aim of popularizing Sunnymaxx Company to the masses. Electrical Technicians This cadre forms the core of Sunnymaxx Company. They are highly skilled electricians who will be tasked with conceptualizing, building, testing and commissioning solar energy systems at the clients’ premises. Office Administrator This individual will be tasked with the daily administrative duties at Sunnymaxx Headquarters. They will be heavily involved in preparation of equipment prior to site dispatch, creating the work plans for technicians and servicing of walk-in enquiries or purchases. In the rural areas where solar energy will be installed people will open businesses like barber shops and salon and that will reduce poverty. where there is no rivers and boreholes have been drilled solar energy will be installed there to pump water for irrigation to increase food security.
