We offer a diverse menu including chips, salads, burgers, coffee, and fresh juice, with special dietary options for vegetarians, diabetics, and gluten-free diets. Our mission is to provide affordable, nutritious meals that promote health and sustainability. We align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals by addressing zero hunger, good health, gender equality, decent work, and responsible consumption. Our innovative approach features healthy fast food, eco-friendly operations, and local sourcing to empower youths and women. The main problem Swift Delicacies aims to solve is the lack of a holistic, healthy refreshment hub near Ack Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kerugoya. The area lacks convenient, nutritious food options for hospital staff, patients, visitors, and nearby school students. Additionally, there are no easily accessible healthy dining choices for travelers along the Kutus-Karatina highway. This gap in the market leads to a reliance on unhealthy, fast food options that do not cater to special dietary needs such as vegetarian, diabetic, and gluten-free diets. By establishing Swift Delicacies, we provide a solution that offers affordable, nutritious meals in an eco-friendly setting. With decades of experience in healthcare, she provides valuable insights into health and nutrition, ensuring our menu meets the highest standards for healthy eating. Carolyne Munini Mumo: A 27-year-old creative artist specializing in interior design, Carolyne brings creativity and aesthetic appeal to our cafe. Her expertise ensures a welcoming, stylish, and comfortable environment for our customers. David Mugo Munene: At 37 years old, David is a banker with a strong accounting background. His financial acumen is crucial for managing the cafe's finances, budgeting, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our business. Ezra Wilfred Waita: Ezra, a farm manager with hearing impairment, brings practical agricultural experience to the team.
