Additionally, there are no easily accessible healthy dining choices for travelers along the Kutus-Karatina highway. This gap in the market leads to a reliance on unhealthy, fast food options that do not cater to special dietary needs such as vegetarian, diabetic, and gluten-free diets. By establishing Swift Delicacies, we provide a solution that offers affordable, nutritious meals in an eco-friendly setting. With decades of experience in healthcare, she provides valuable insights into health and nutrition, ensuring our menu meets the highest standards for healthy eating. Carolyne Munini Mumo: A 27-year-old creative artist specializing in interior design, Carolyne brings creativity and aesthetic appeal to our cafe. Her expertise ensures a welcoming, stylish, and comfortable environment for our customers. David Mugo Munene: At 37 years old, David is a banker with a strong accounting background. His financial acumen is crucial for managing the cafe's finances, budgeting, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our business.
