ReVibe Hub is a solar-powered, sustainability-focused co-working space and creative studio designed to empower micro and small businesses. Our hub offers working desks, meeting rooms, a podcast studio, a coffee house, a gym, and a yoga studio. We provide consultancy and training services on-site and online, focusing on waste management, responsible consumption, and production. Our digital platform features an AI-driven waste tracking app, offering analytics, rewards, and educational resources to help businesses manage waste efficiently. Through workshops, mentorship, and events, ReVibe Hub fosters collaboration and promotes a green economy, aligning with SDGs 12, 13, and 17.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

ReVibe Hub addresses the urgent need for sustainable business practices and effective waste management. Many micro and small businesses lack the resources and knowledge to implement sustainable operations, contributing to environmental degradation and climate change. Our project aims to bridge this gap by providing a dedicated space for innovation and collaboration, where businesses can learn about and adopt circular economy principles. By leveraging renewable energy and advanced waste management technologies, we empower businesses to reduce their environmental footprint and promote a greener economy.

ReVibe Hub is designed to serve micro and small businesses, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals who are committed to sustainability. Our target beneficiaries include startups focused on green technologies, designers creating eco-friendly products, and businesses looking to adopt circular economy practices. Additionally, we aim to engage local communities, providing education and resources to raise awareness about sustainability. Our consultancy services cater to medium and large businesses seeking to enhance their waste management practices, making our impact broad and inclusive.

While there are many customers using similar co-working spaces and sustainability services, ReVibe Hub differentiates itself by combining these elements into one comprehensive platform. Our solar-powered hub incorporates new technology through an AI-driven waste tracking app, offering a significant improvement over existing waste management solutions. Additionally, ReVibe Hub extends the range of traditional co-working spaces by adding sustainability consultancy, creative studios, and wellness facilities, addressing an unmet need for a collaborative, eco-friendly workspace. This unique combination makes ReVibe Hub a new version of familiar services, enhanced with innovative features to meet modern demands for sustainability and creativity.

Other co-working spaces, sustainability consulting firms, and waste management platforms. Co-working spaces like Nairobi Garage and Ikigai offer professional environments but lack a strong focus on sustainability. Sustainability consulting firms such as Enviu and Sustainet focus on advising businesses but do not provide the physical space and community support that ReVibe Hub offers. Waste management platforms like Mr. Green Africa provide waste solutions but lack the comprehensive educational and creative support found at ReVibe Hub. ReVibe Hub stands out through our holistic approach integrating creative entrepreneurship with environmental sustainability. We provide a solar-powered co-working space, AI-driven waste tracking, consultancy, and training services, all under one roof. Our focus on fostering a collaborative community dedicated to sustainable practices, along with our unique combination of physical and digital resources, positions us as unique and comprehensive.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

As a member of various forums, groups, and organisations, I support young upcoming female entrepreneurs through mentorship, coaching, and pro bono business strategy consultancy services. I participate in events and workshops specifically aimed at empowering women in business, providing them with the resources, knowledge, and network they need to succeed. Our commitment to gender equality is reflected in our inclusive approach, ensuring that our programs and services cater to the unique challenges faced by female entrepreneurs. This proactive engagement helps foster a supportive environment where women can thrive and contribute significantly to the local economy.
