Agriculture is the backbone of Kenya’s economy, contributing significantly to employment, food security, and income generation. However, Kenyan farmers face numerous challenges, including exploitation by middlemen, lack of access to fair market prices, and inefficiencies in production planning. The FarmShop application aims to address these issues by providing a digital platform that connects farmers directly with buyers, thereby eliminating middlemen and enabling better production planning. This will involve:- Farmers and Buyers Register: Farmers and buyers create accounts on the FarmShop platform. Profile Creation: Users set up their profiles, providing essential details such as location, type of produce (for farmers), and purchasing preferences (for buyers).

By providing a digital platform that connects farmers directly with buyers, offers real-time market data, and supports efficient production planning, FarmShop aims to create a more equitable, transparent, and profitable agricultural market for Kenyan farmers.
