ISource is a project that focuses on providing a safe, quick and efficient way to link technical service providers to customers.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

The project will create a platform where technical service providers in the field of electrical, plumbing, woodworks, mechanical, IT, construction and other household services such as errands, cleaning, catering and dry cleaning services can be registered. The platform will also allow customers to create an account that they would be using to search and book for the services from the many listed service providers available on the platform. This will be a safe space as all the business transactions will take place on the platform from services search, booking, delivery and payments, hence avoiding cases of clients losing money. This will also allow evaluation of each service delivered to ensure complete customer satisfaction. the platform focuses on providing a safe space for the technician from rogue customers who consume services but end up not paying.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The ProJet focuses on creating a safe space for customers to easily, safely and efficiently access technical service providers under one roof, ability to track the work progress and getting real-time updates on specific service booked for. Provide a source of income to the many technicians are continually graduating from technical colleges/universities.

1. Easy way to get professional technical service providers. 2. Efficient in the booking and delivery of services. 3. A wide range of approved technical service providers. 4. Safety during service search, booking and even payments. 5. Access to asses the quality of work provided and easily raise complaints for corrections. 6. Access to a platform that offers daily, weekly and mo0nthly subscriptions to common household needs. 7. Access to a wide range of common technical household services

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

The project focuses on the working class individuals who less to no time to undertake household works such as cleaning. Residential customers undertaking repairs, renovations and construction projects and looking for technical service providers. Technicians who are continuously graduating from technical schools without a sable source of income.

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

Currently the main competitors are the technical service providers who are not registered on any platform and are providing the services directly to the clients. The project will focus on creating a safe, efficient platform to access, book and get real-time update on services.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

The project focuses on linking customers to technical service providers including mala and female. Some services incorporated into the project will be sourced from already established businesses such as cleaning and main focus will be on female owned ventures.
