Kuza JAMII Initiative, is project started in year 2022 June that's offer capacity building program to local people to achieve certain degree of self sufficiency and to mitigate the effect of hunger, environmental degradation, drugs addiction and diseases.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Kuza JAMII is a project began by Sir Basilio mwaniki to offer capacity building program to local people and for them to achieve certain degree of self sufficiency and sustainability. We focused on: 1) Water and sanitation for the community by helping in access to safe water for home usage, sanitation and appropriate hygiene practice. 2) Environment conservation by cleaning sewage tunnels, market's and collecting bottles for recycling. 3) Youths development we educate and empower young people on importance of contributing something of value to society to develop their skills and reach their potential. Also helping them to indetify his/her talent . 4) Drugs abuse/addiction we teach individuals abusing drug the effect of drugs to human and to community itself .we offer guidance and counseling per week 5) Gender equality we teach importance of equality and everyone got his/her right to any legal thing.We discourage the act of chauvinism in men and traditional act such as F.G.M in girls.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Kuza JAMII project is trying to help and solve problems/challenges faced by community as obstacle to cushy life. 1) WATER SHORTAGE: We ensure all Water point within the community is well maintained through proper hygiene and provide softing detergent to make it soft water for drinking. 2)LIFE IMPROVEMENT: We implement social programs targeting vulnerable population, such as elderly, children's home and low income families to improve quality of life. 3) YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT: We help young youths on skills development by providing training program to equip them with relevant skills and technology impact. Also enhance career counseling in school to help them in informed decision about their academics and professional/talent path 4) GENDER EQUALITY: We promote gender equality through education and awareness campaign to challenge gender stereotypes, biases and discrimination from an early age. 5) DRUGS ABUSE We work with local authorities to ensure no drug dealer is selling drugs to people's.
