Our TeleHealth platform revolutionizes healthcare by providing a comprehensive, user-friendly interface for both patients and medical professionals. Patients can effortlessly book clinical or home visit appointments and choose their preferred medics based on specialty, location, or specific needs. The platform also empowers users to monitor and record their blood pressure and sugar levels for continuous health tracking. Medical professionals enjoy the flexibility to conduct appointments either at clinics or patients' homes, enhancing care delivery. The platform includes customizable documentation templates that can be reviewed in future appointments, ensuring continuity and personalized care. Additionally, integrated lab and pharmacy services enable clients to access all required healthcare services within the platform, streamlining their medical journey. Our platform is designed with scalability in mind, allowing for the future integration of additional medical services.

Lowering Healthcare Costs Our platform offers flexible appointments, including home visits, reducing expensive in-hospital treatments and overall healthcare costs. Integrated lab and pharmacy services further cut costs by streamlining processes. Choice of Treatment Environment Clients can choose to receive treatment at home or in a clinic, enhancing comfort and recovery by providing care in their preferred setting. Personalized Medical Care Patients can select medical professionals based on specialty, location, or specific needs, ensuring effective and appropriate care for better health outcomes. Ease of Seeking Second Opinions Clients can easily access various medical professionals for second opinions, leading to informed, confident decisions and improved health outcomes. Improved Management of Medical Records Medical professionals can access patients' previous records, ensuring informed decision-making and continuity of care and encouraging health seeking behavior

Competitive Pricing for Lab and Pharmaceutical Services We provide competitive pricing for lab and pharmacy services, offering clients a variety of choices to meet their healthcare needs affordably.

The project aims to serve a broad demographic, encompassing people of all ages and medical needs. However, the platform particularly benefits individuals managing diabetes and hypertension. These clients will find significant value in the integrated blood pressure and sugar monitoring tools already developed within the system. This feature allows them to track vital health metrics conveniently, enabling proactive management of their conditions and early detection of potential health issues. By catering to these specific health needs, the platform enhances the overall well-being and health outcomes of diabetic and hypertensive clients, offering them personalized and effective healthcare solutions.

The platform eliminates the need for physical hospital visits. Medics who are currently unemployed can have access to clients and since some services can be offered at home it reduces the amount the client has to spend on consultation admission etc. The amount saved will promote other functions. This will solve the unemployment burden and provide clients to choose their preferred medics based on their pricing and services.

05.08 Justification

1. Telehealth services are not embraced fully, client education and sensitization is needed to improve uptake. There is potential for growth. 2. The product is an improvement on what is available on the market, the platform has the potential for scaling to accommodate health insurance, Emergency services and other health products. 4. The product is more user friendly, clients have control and variety of choices to medical services and providers unlike the other available platforms in the market. 5.The products has included all the major services needed during a hospital visit, the other available products have only addressed consultation services and drug delivery services. 6.The features available on the product provides a one stop shop for the consumer, most of the products available in the market only address sub section of medical services, our product has taken into account all the client needs into consideration.

Taub Health,and Health Record this are our main competitors. We stand out because we have created an Electronic Health Record system within our platform, we have a monitoring tool for diabetics and hypertensive clients. We have utilized the geo location feature to improve accessibility and Medics are in control of scheduling for appointments either in clinical or home setting. Other medical services like labs, pharmacies and homebased care has been intergrated on our platform
