Grand-Crest Energy Limited aims to address the pressing challenges faced by arid region communities, including water scarcity, limited agricultural diversity, youth unemployment, and lack of sustainable economic opportunities. Within my community, I actively promote female entrepreneurship through various initiatives. Examples include setting up a chicken business for my mother, supporting my sister's education and career exploration, collaborating on a food distribution venture with my partner, advising on government procurement opportunities, and mentoring young female colleagues at work. These efforts aim to empower women, break gender barriers, and foster a supportive environment for female entrepreneurs to thrive and succeed.
