Establish a company that will be running a lending institution together with a waste recycling (scrap metals and used plastics) industry.The company will facilitate issue of loans to investors and use their shares as collateral for the loans

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Will be an established company that runs a lending institution together with a waste recycling industry(scrap metals and used plastics).The company will facilitate issue of loans to those willing to invest but do not have collateral for loans or the collateral they have is only limited to small loans.The company will require these people to invest in the waste recycling industry which is the company's industry. The company will then use the shares of these investors (those loaned by the company) as security or collateral for the loans taken.The main aim of the company will be to use loans to make everybody a potential investor hence reap huge interests through the loans and huge profits through industrial investment. The investors will be paying the loans from the dividends earned as shareholders in the waste recycling industry.lncase one fails to pay their loans then their shares and dividesmands will be taken away by the company.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Low profit and interest margins by existing lending institutions and industries due to mandatory requirements by lending institutions for investors to have payslips or title deeds as a cover for the loans they need to you use as investment capital .These requirements have excluded a great number of potential investors(the poor who are willing to invest) who have no collateral for loans or the collateral they can afford is only limited to small loans.

My project is unique in the way that an industry and a lending institution works together to improved gain and profit and interest under the control and coordination of company.The lending institution offers loans to individuals who are required to buy shares in the company's industry.The company then uses the shares of these individuals as a collateral and cover for the loans taken.The company's goal is to do away with the mandatory requirement of tit6 deeds and payslips as security for loans by the lending institutions.This allows anybody to take a loan even to large amounts and invest

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

The existing lending institutions who only use tittle deeds and payslips as security for lending loans.This has opened a door for investment to only a small number of people.Using shares as security for loans allows anybody to be a potential loanee and investor

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?

My project will not only aim at generating profits but also it empowers women making them potential loanees and investors who gain financial stability
