The eggs production project will involves establishing a system for producing and distributing eggs from poultry farms. The aim is to meet the growing demand for eggs in the market and ensure a steady and reliable supply of high-quality eggs.

The project will begins with setting up poultry farms with suitable infrastructure and facilities to house and breed chickens. This includes constructing chicken coops, providing adequate ventilation and lighting, and installing necessary equipment such as feeders and waterers. The farms will be equipped with appropriate biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of diseases and ensure the health of the chickens. High-quality chicken breeds will be selected for optimal egg production, taking into consideration factors such as egg size, shell color, and overall productivity. The chickens will be provided with a balanced diet that meets their nutritional needs and promotes egg laying.

My grandmother is a long time mixed farmer, she keep chicken both broilers and layers. She also grow maize, millet and beans. she has done this for 24years. My father is also a farmer, he rear chicks to mature chicken and sell them. He also grows maize and beans. My two sisters are shopkeepers, they sell food staff including eggs. Finally my big brother has a local hotel selling all traditional food including frayed and boiled eggs.

My main competitors are egg producers in the my region or market. These include large-scale commercial egg farms, small-scale local producers, and individual backyard chicken keepers. Factors that make me stand out for them include; quality and freshness of eggs, sustainable practices, ethical treatment of animals, Marketing and branding, and transparent and traceable supply transparent and traceable supply .
