The type of the business will be sole proprietorship which will involve selling electronic and electronics equipments like hoofers,bulbs, laptops,solars, cables, phones, among others The will have one manager and other workers are sales person and financial director who will facilitate selling and repair of anesthesia machine to the customers around eldoret and its neighboring counties. 2.BUSINESS NAME The business will operate under the name Denman electronics enterprise. The name will be used because the residents are familiar to it and also it can be well pronounced by resident. FORM OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP The business is to be managed by Dennis and is to operate as sole proprietorship.
